2. Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at our tracking page.Shipping takes 3-6 business days.We always do our best to help you save your time and money. If your order is in stock you will receive it in 1 week.

Return And Exchange Policy

We would like to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to return your items, there are some steps you need to follow.
1. Please contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back.
2. All items sent back to us should be in their original condition (i.e. not altered or washed, with all tags attached).
3. All ordered items are the right items you pick here.
4. You need to know if you return right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. We are sorry, but we will not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package.you need to be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.When we receive your return, we will refund you. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed.
6. It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided via the online payment system. Our Company is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.If the package be returned for undelivered reason( by the reason of unclear address, the shipping fees of return it should also be covered by the customer

Order Cancellation

Refund We are appreciate such thing would not happen. And if it happens before delivery, first, please contact us through email. Then we will refund you the money you pay, but you should pay the 10% of the whole order. Because we are charged 10% by our bank as the service charge.
